Bakul Chibber is a proven operations executive with a distinguished 40+ year record of driving top-line growth, operational excellence, and enterprise transformation across organizations ranging from small Architecture/Engineering (A/E) firms to Fortune 100 companies. As Chief Operating Officer of Keystone International Ventures, he oversees global operations, strategic sourcing, and value creation initiatives, ensuring the organization is positioned for scalable, sustainable growth.
Bakul is a thought leader at Keystone, actively shaping the company’s strategic direction while converting vision into tactical execution across complex, mission-critical engagements. He combines deep expertise in program management, technology, and service delivery to bridge business strategy and operational execution, consistently delivering results for public and private sector clients.
Prior to Keystone, Bakul served as Vice President at Criterion Systems, leading operations for the U.S. Federal Government Civilian and Intel portfolios. His tenure there reinforced his reputation for guiding organizations through large-scale transformations, optimizing performance, and fostering high-performing teams. He also held executive roles at IBM and AT&T, driving enterprise initiatives and customer success.
Bakul holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from SUNY, Buffalo, and an MBA in International Business and Finance from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
